Frequently Asked Questions
Order
It depends on where you are located. Orders processed here usually take 5-7 working days to arrive. International deliveries can take between 7-16 days. You will receive the exact delivery details in your confirmation email.
In case you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. You can email us at aem.ayurveda@gmail.com and include your order number. Please be sure to state explicitly that you wish to cancel the order.
*Note: Order cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If your order has already been processed or shipped, please see our "Shipping & Returns" section in the FAQ to find out what to do after receiving the goods.
Once you have made a purchase and payment has been debited from your bank or PayPal account, you can be sure that your order is registered in our system. However, on busy days such as drop days, you may not receive an order confirmation email immediately.
If you have not received this email, you can do the following:
- Contact us: Send us an email with your full name and address so we can verify your order and resend the confirmation email.

Check your email settings: Sometimes our emails end up in the spam folder. Please check there and make sure the transaction has been processed by your chosen payment provider.
If you still have not received an order confirmation, it could be due to the following reasons:
- Order Cancellation or Payment Declined: If your order has been cancelled or payment declined, you should receive a notification email.
- Incorrect email address: If an incorrect email address was entered during the order process, you will not receive a confirmation. Please contact us with your correct details (full name, address and correct email) so that we can update our records.
- Beware of fake websites: Make sure you are on the right website. Check the domain or visit our official social media channels for the correct website link.
If you need to update your email address or have any other concerns, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.
We regret to inform you that once your order has been processed, no changes can be made.
Once your order has been shipped, the delivery option, delivery address, payment method or product sizes cannot be changed.
*However, if your order has not yet been shipped, you have the option to make changes. You can contact our support team to change the delivery option, delivery address and product sizes or cancel the order. Please contact us immediately if you require any changes.
We sincerely apologize if you received a damaged or defective item. To resolve this issue, please submit a claim to our customer service team. You can simply contact us here.
Please ensure that you provide all the information required so that we can process your complaint quickly and efficiently.
Please note that our complaints process does not offer exchanges of items. Our team will inform you of the available solutions once your complaint has been reviewed.
As soon as you have placed an order with us, you will immediately receive a confirmation email with your individual order number. To track the status of your order, simply visit the "My Orders" section in your customer account.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you another email. This shipping confirmation will contain your tracking number, which you can use to track the progress of the delivery. Watch for these updates in your inbox!

Shipment
Would you like to know the status of your order? The estimated delivery time will be displayed at checkout and confirmed again in your order confirmation email. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the items selected and the shipping method chosen.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This email will be sent to the address associated with your order or customer account.
Please note that orders placed on drop days may experience slight delays due to increased order volume. We thank you for your patience and understanding in such cases.
Yes, Aem Ayurveda offers worldwide shipping to serve our global clientele.
If you notice that your tracking has not been updated for several days, there may be the following reasons:
- Your order has been packed and is ready for shipping, but has not yet been picked up from the warehouse by our shipping service provider.
- The order is on its way, but there are delivery delays due to incomplete or missing information.
In such cases, we recommend that you be patient. The carrier will usually contact us if there is a problem and we will then get in touch with you immediately to resolve any issues and ensure that your order reaches you.
If your order status shows "Delivered" but you have not received the item, please contact us immediately at aem.ayurveda@gmail.com . We will initiate an investigation with the shipping company to locate your package.
We ask that you please check with us again after 4 to 5 days. If there is no new information by then or the package is still not found, we will reship the item to you. Your satisfaction and peace of mind are our top priority.
RETURNS
You have a 30-day window to return your order, starting from the day you receive the goods.

Please note that we reserve the right to return the order to you if a return is initiated after the 30-day period has expired, i.e. from the 31st day after receipt
Please contact us first before returning an order. You will receive a return form.
Please note that we do not currently offer free returns, so the customer is responsible to cover the return shipping costs. However, we will cover the shipping costs for any goods you receive in exchange.

Adressen in deinem Konto ändern: Besuche den Bereich „Deine Adressen“ in deinem Kundenkonto, um bestehende Lieferadressen zu aktualisieren oder neue hinzuzufügen. Hier kannst du auch eine Standardlieferadresse festlegen, um zukünftige Bestellungen schneller und bequemer abzuwickeln.
Adresse nach Bestellung ändern: Nach dem Abschicken einer Bestellung kannst du die Lieferadresse weiterhin ändern. Überprüfe dazu den Abschnitt „DEINE INFORMATIONEN“ in der Bestellbestätigungs-E-Mail und klicke auf „Lieferadresse bearbeiten“, um Änderungen vorzunehmen.
